The wines are shipped via FedEx ground carrier with an over 21 adult signature required. If you’re not home to receive wine shipments, please make sure to have them sent to your office or to a neighbor’s home. I am not allowed to accept Wine Club shipments on behalf of customers. Alternately, when the shipment is en route to your home, you can click on “Customize Delivery” on the tracking page and have the shipment redirected to a local FedEx location, using the “Hold at Location” option.
If you ever have an issue with FedEx Ground, please let me know. I can also arrange to have your wine shipped to you by UPS.
